CREATE YOUR OWN FUTURE
We each receive three keys in life: One for our Head, one for our Heart, and one for our Body. These are the three sources we can tap toward personal and professional growth.
As your coach, I hold a fourth key that allows you to access parts of yourself you otherwise cannot.
With this key, you can explore your current life and career and move from your default future to your created future.
Your created future is one of fulfillment and happiness, leaning into your unique strengths, and reaching your highest ambitions.
My job is to help you get to your created future, which eludes many. But not you.
FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE COACH
WHAT I KNOW ABOUT YOU
You want your career to be a source of fulfillment and pride.
You’re resilient, resourceful, and capable of incredible things.
You deserve to be confronted with your strengths, not your weaknesses.
You’re perfect the way you are, and can use a little improvement
(thanks, Shunryu Suzuki).
You don’t want to be judged. You want a trained coach to courageously tell you what no one else will.
You want to enjoy time with a partner who brings humor and lightness to serious discussion.
WHAT MY “WHY” MEANS TO YOU
I am a Hudson Institute trained and International Coaching Federation certified executive coach.
I chose coaching to help people see deeply within themselves to discover and achieve their purpose. It’s how I was raised, what I expect of myself, and admire in others.
Coaching gives my life meaning. It’s my true purpose and I delight in sharing my fourth key with the world,
FROM A CLIENT
“I don’t often feel so seen and leave our time feeling hopeful, and with a clear charge that excites me. The work you do is amazing, and I’ve been the beneficiary. I stood taller today.”
I work with people in roles of real consequence, and those who aspire to be.
Here are the Wheelhouse believers I’m proud to call clients:
